 The special molybdenum disilicide heating elements partially avoid chemical interactions between the charge and the furnace components. The sintering material is placed in technical ceramic load carriers. Two load carriers for up to 15 individual crowns on each level can be placed in the LHT 01/17 LB Speed oven. The LHT 02/17 LB Speed oven can accommodate up to three load carriers for up to 25 individual rings on each level, ensuring high productivity
 The high temperature lifting hearth ovens are also equipped with a drying function and a rapid cooling system. For residual drying, the oven remains open a little while heating up to a defined temperature, thus ensuring good moisture evacuation. For accelerated cooling, the oven is automatically opened gradually by the program. Depending on the load and load carriers used, cycles of less than two and a half hours in total are achievable with these high temperature ovens. These furnaces can be individually programmed for all of the sintering curves recommended by most zirconium manufacturers.
